HTS Interior Ministry arrested Shahin Hamdan al-Shahin, co-founder of the 'Falcons Squadron' militia under Assad. Shahin began work with Air Intelligence in 2015 under Suhail Hassan, later founding armed groups. Detained for direct involvement in massacres of civilians in rural Hama (2017) and crimes in Palmyra and Deir ez-Zor until 2019.
